    The project was commissioned by the Royal Court Affairs who wish to acquire prior approval to build on a plot of land at Al Il am opposite the Royal Opera House Muscat. Renardet's role is the traffic impact study and development of a feasible and robust accessibility scheme to concept design level for approval by the Royal Oman Police and Muscat Municipality.
