    The Project is Bidbid-Sur Road Dualization Project Section 1-Package 1A located in Oman consisting in the construction of around 41 KM length of dual highway awarded to Astaldi-Ozkar JV. The starting point is located in Bidbid town (existing interchange) located approximately 60Km SouthWest from Muscat, Capital of Oman. The new highway is running parallel to the existing road (No. 23) for the first 20km, with good accessbility. The second half of the proposed alignment (from Km. 20 to Km. 40.8) is running in a complete separate path in a mountainous area. This section is more complicated part due to the big amount of earthworks to be done, bridges constructions and accessibilty restrictions.
