The proposed Khasab Lima Daba Al Bayah Asphalt Road connects between Khasab and Daba Al Bayah in the Musandam Governorate of the Sultanate of Oman. The proposed road runs along the eastern coast line and passes through the village Lima. It will provide a short connection or alternative route to existing lengthy route which runs through the UAE premises. The proposed road is about 111.4 km long out of which about 20.6 km near Khasab town and about 5 km near Daba town lie in flat terrain, where existing track roads provide access in these areas.
1) Feasibility study and reviw of avilable studies
2) Review the Master Plan and other relevant studies
3) Perform a hydrology study and hydraulic design to determine the drainage structures
4) Study alternative alignment in the hilly area through aerial photographs and mapping
5) Design all necessary bridges and other elements
6) Prepare preliminary and detailed design and tender documents
7) Coordination with concerned authorities to obtain their approval on the design.
8) Prepare the final design and tender doucments
