  • Narrative Description of the Project:

    Bank Muscat has constructed new Head Office Building near Muscat Airport at Al Seeb. We were appointed by Bank Muscat to design and supervise the access road from the main Highway, entrance and exit to their New Head Office Building. The scope of works comprises the construction of the access road, drainage system and street lighting.

    1) Traffic Study
    2) Review the Master Plan and other relevant studies
    3) Topographic Survey
    4) Perform a hydrology study and hydraulic design to determine the drainage structures
    5) Prepare preliminary and detailed design
    6) Coordination with concerned authorities to obtain their approval of the design
    7) Prepare the final design, tender documents & construction cost estimate
    8) Provide supervision of works to ensure Contractor's compliance with the specs and contractual obligations
    9) Construction Supervision
